Unhappy customer

I’m so frustrated with Telkom the service I’m receiving it’s pathetic I’m not a happy customer right now, my account was suspended I phoned to get a solution I was told I can pay but my account will still be debited so I decided to wait until they debit that was done on the 25th but my line are still suspended I’m being told that the payment is reflecting but it was collected by collections department so my lines will take about 7daya to be open, it’s not fair what’s worse even yesterday I paid R500 in the online portal that also didn’t help I’m so disappointed with Telkom I’ve been their customer for over 5years now I’m even considering to cancel my contact not even upgrade because one is due for an upgrade why stay loyal to people that will frustrate you.
