Unhappy customer

I went to telkom at junction mall on 7th november 2023 i would never ever forget the poor service i received and how rude the telkom agent named Somila peyi she refused to help me bcs she claim i always come to her station to do the sim swap.i overhad her speaking to 1 of her colleague that im boring her bcs im gona get her in trouble.i ask her if she can call the guguletu mall if they open bcs it was past 2 she refused and i ask her the no so i can call them my self but she refused💔i went there to guguletu mall but unfortunately they had a problem with a network at the time💔i try to call 180 to try and explain my situation but with no lucky bcs their line was busy.i was force to drive to mitchells plain the next morning,i was impress with their service they help me and they gave me the email address of the manager *** i email the manager hoping he will get back to me but he did not 🙆♀️ i work more than 10 years at retail i never see such a bad service like that in my life.i would never ever recommend telkom to any1😥they dont walk the talk.im gona switch to vodacom i will even cancell my family contracts with them😥
