Unhappy customer

Good day,

I have cancelled the Telkom insurance last year August 2019,, I've been calling this number ***. They told me that they cancel and they will refund the money. to my surprise every month they still deduct the money from my account. I'm not happy with the service I wont even recommend Telkom to my friend and family. I'm only left with 15 months to pay off the contract of A10 sumsang.
