Unhappy customer

I have a month without network, when I call the agent they say there is nothing that they can do as the problem is with the technical team n i should expect a call from them. till this day I have never received a call from them. The last agent I talked to said I'm not the only 1 complaining, it seems like the technical team are not following up with the calls. What is frastrating about this whole thing is that it's a contract n month end they took their money, so I'm basically paying for something I'm not using
