Unhappy customer

Good day I am writing to you with a hope of getting help, my contract ended long time ago with Telkom and they kept debiting me ridiculous amounts ranging from 1800-254 which when I call them all their consultants say I don’t owe them anything even the insurance side I closed them also they stated on their recordings that I don’t owe them anything now it has gotten to a point I’m handed over with summons and still the debit of 254 still goes but atleast I can reverse pitty my name has gone bad and now I am unable to take any phone even from them, I aslo have a case number ***8 which says my case is resolved but still I’m being debited please assist me in this regard.
