Unhappy Customer.

I wanted to do the swim swap today, I was told that it needs to be approved I need to take the fingerprints for that and it will take about 24hours, It means I must come back to town again tomorrow, I am so angry and frustrated as I need to access my number. I had all my supporting documents including my original ID but to them that was not enough, You are not fair Telkom Mobile. You are not fair at all.
