Unhappy customer

I have a very big problem with Telkom😒😒I have been a loyal client for almost 2 years and now they over charging me the monies I know nothing about.... It's been 3 months without them debiting in my account and I have been paying the account manually and now wen I go there in ur branches to report am told that I have to pay a fine of R200😢😢while it ain't my fault.... I have been trying to call and complain and no one is responding to me Telekom u ******** and unprofessional 😭😭may this be attended to because it is totally unfair
