Unhappy customer

Hello Peter, please help me, I have a cell phone phone contract with Telekom and it is also insured, on the 12 November 2019 I booked my cell phone for repairs in Eastgate telkom store and told me to pay access fee of R500 and I paid it on 30 December 2019,my problem is even now I haven't received my cellphone back. Please help
