Unhappy customer

Telkom is one of the worst service provider I have cancelled my cellphone policy yet they still billing me, when I call the customer service line no one seems to know what is going on. It's now 3 months trying to sort out the issue, they have logged a complaint for me but there is no communication I have to call them back and check how far is my complaint. Poor Service delivery for your customers.
