Unhappy customer

Called Telklm client service the call was answered by one of their agents who answered the call and ended up having her own conversations on the side and left me hanging on the phone, i logged a query for the agent so that she can tell me what happened for her to leave me on the call unattended while she was busy having her own conversation the team leader said they will get back to me within seven days this happened in 2020 i am still waiting for their email even today been calling for follow ups they always tell me lies that either the team leader will call or i will recieve an email and nkne of that is happening.
