Unhappy customer

I would like to complain about one of their rude agents that I spoke too earlier on the 30th of May 2023 on this number 10213 her name is Zama. She told me I shouldn’t make my problems hers and I believe as a Telkom customer I deserve assistance and I shouldn’t be disrespected like that because I pay for the service and when something doesn’t go well I should be assisted. I am not happy with the rudeness of that lady. Please sort this out.
