Unhappy customer

I would like to raise this with hello Peter as i am really disapointed and disatisfied with Telkom i have been on contact over three years and now they are Absolutly rediculous first they blocked my services for something that was not my fault they debited me wrong amount on the wrong date and now they made me pay the outstanding balance which i did then i sent the proof aswell today i was sent a letter of demand and i have sent emails to the teamleader
