Unhappy Customer

I called telkom to as for a settlement leter for the phone contract that I have with them .They transfered me from one department to another .It's been over 45 minutes now waiting on the call for someone to give me the letter .Why is it so difficult everytime we want to settle our debts with Telkom .This is fustraring and rediculous .
