Unhappy customer

Terrible service My line was disconnected cos I was a bit late They then double debit me and disconnect my lines I have 3 contracts with them You can never call them...there's always issues getting through and I have logged numerous queries online, and I still await a consultant to call me. I have used telkom for years, and all the time o have issues It's really time I change my service provider
