Unhappy customer

I have been a good and loyal customer for a couple of years. Suddenly there was ***** taking place in account of which was done by one of Telkom's sales consultants. I addressed the issue but I have not had any feedback since April 2023. My account has than been locked and forwarded to a different company because I addressed the issue and I need assistance. I've been contacting Telkom multiple times but the agents keeps dropping the call and also the managers and supervisors are unable to assist me. Telkom provides the most terrible services.
