Unhappy Customer

I have a claim with Telkom OMART Insure and I must say that their service is terrible. I call in everyday to follow up on my claim and get the same feedback. No calls me to provide an update and I am the one who is constantly calling them. I have been promised call back but I know the consultants just say that just to get me off the call. I logged a claim on the 23rd of July and to date the claim is still under review. This is a causing a huge inconvenience to me as a cellphone is a necessity. I AM NOT HAPPY and regret taking the insurance.
