Unhappy customer

Telkom handed me over even tho I was retrenched about 4 to 5 years ago. I went to them with all the documentation and they said they will ocntact me I must just wait. After 3 to 5 months that I phoned them every month and went ito their shop in Hemingways in East London I have eard nothing, they just said wait. So now they have handed me over. Where I was supposed to pay the last 3 installments which was R1500 in total, it is now according to them almost R10000. If I dont hear anything back I am going to the Ombudsman with all the evedince.
