Unhappy customer!!!!!

Once again. Still no. News from Telkom after a week. Someone said they will call me back once service is back up but guess what!!! I still can't use my phone. I can't understand how they even have business with the pathetic service. I have not seen one good review from Telkom. I will have to keep wasting my time calling in to get my service reinstated for a error on their system. Imagine paying for something you cant even use and for 3 months!!! Wow telkom I think you have to many customers that's why you can't even care to keep up with the complaints..
