UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Every time i request a ITC number to make a case by the police station I get told a different story but none of it helps me. It was said the number will be blocked but I'm still getting bills for something I'm not using and amounts that comes over the amount I signed up for. This is absolutely frustrating I spend long periods of time on the phone explaining my situation every time and no one offers compassion or empathy. It just gets brushed off . Bad experiences like this makes me loose faith in Telkom as a whole. No one follows up, when I call back to follow up the buck gets passed on. Regards UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
