Unhappy customer

Telkom is *****ulent company taking people's money when they are not authorized to do so. Telkom sent out a misleading statement stating how much I own however more money was debited from my account. I had to dispute the debit order twice and stopped the debit order however another debit order was taken out on my account without my authorization. I'm very unhappy.
