Unhappy customer

Telkom is billing me incorrectly and also tried debiting me on the incorrect date, the debit order was not catered for leaving me with fees. I have been calling since the beginning of the month to no answer, and when I did speak to a gent after a long time he was rude and not helpful at all. I also want to cancel my services with Telkom. I will never recommend Telkom to anyone
