Unhappy customer

Hellopeter my name is Lucia. I am very very disappointed in how Telkom operates.i ve cancelled a contract with them since June but they still deducting my Money and what is Sad is I do make follow ups but would be promised lies and given Reference no for nothing.since they appologised nd promised to investigate my case and since they promised that they did escalate my problems to the relevant people to these day nothing. Since they promised me that the courier people will come collect the huwei router that I received in June. And did can ell it that June within 5 working days but still nothing was done. All they do is to loot my money when I'm not even using their product. I requested recordings they said I must obtain those through legal route. Its so disappointing on how they treat us.they not reliable I'm just sitting with the reference numbers here ***3 and they doing nothing to help me. Since from June. It's so frustrating how they treating people. And with their poor service.please help Telkom is bad for us
