unhappy customer

in the last few months my wifi and landline connection as gone from bad to worse. in the few days my wifi has been not existent with zero signal, whatsapp comes on now and then

my landline has no signal as well. went to telkom more then once but are not able to assist

very unhappy with telkom and their service
