Unhappy customer

I am having a terrible experience with Telkom Admin Plus insurance. I have been paying my Premium faithfully, but now that I have a claim they are not helping at all. My excess fee according to the policy document is supposed to be R650 including penalties, but they want R5625. Today i called twice to their office to get this issue resolved, their consultant couldn't answer and they hung up the call, this happened twice today on the 16/04/2024. Beware of Telkom, they are professional ****mers. I will never ever recommend anyone to take credit with Telkom. Their service is very poor.
