Unhappy client with telkom service

Telkom it's a **** and I'm not happy with their service since I have contract with telkom I never paid the amount we agreed on I always pay more and afterwards they have nerve to block my sims or to tell me that they can't allocate my payment while I'm paying by debit order the taking my money on the dates that we didn't agreed on with them their debit will take my money 2-3 times their service it's poor they can't even solve the problem
