UNHAPPY CLIENT

PATHETIC service from Telkom!! called in July to cancel my WIFI rooter contract and the lady told me I cant cancel I can phone in end of august and cancel cause m contract expire 1ste of October. called in end of Aug to cancel lady put thru a cancel request. and says there will be no money debited again!!! They still debit me till today !!!!!!!! refuse to stop debit me!!!!!!! must hold on hours on the line to speak to a consultant!!!!! and every consultant tells me a different story!!!!! not all of a sudden I cant cancel and must pay till end of the year even if my contract expire the 1st of Oct. and they cant give me an explanation!!!!!!! most PATHETIC service and company!

and the worst of all when I took out the contract the guy told me I have internet coverage in that specific area that I stay.. I didn't have any internet coverage for that package...They lie just to get your money and the sale. and then refuse to refund or cancel your contract!!!!!!!!!
