Unhappy client

Okay last year December i bought a phone, it was a p30lite, then i didn't insure it immediately, i went to back to take the insurance, i was told is am covered immediately and they will cover by the value of the phone, to make the matter wise is i didn't get my contract,they telling me now that when i cover they cover with the the same phone, like am not happy, i wish i had money to pay of my contract
