UnHappy client

not happy with telkom. i bought a contract phone on the 1st June and it has started giving me problems and now they telling me that 7 days has laps and they need to book it in, what am i going to use while the new has gone for repairs, they say they dont have curtesy phones and the only thing they can do is book it in. i feel this is inconsiderate because the phone is less than a month and already it should go for repair by the time it reaches 23 moths which other problems will i be facing? not happy at all with Huawei nova y70 Plus
