Unhappy client

My mothers phone is out off order for a month now. We phoned to report got ref numbers, a day a after you get a message to say that the fault is restored. This was reported 3 times. They also told her to take her phone to the nearest Telkom office, the nearest is 150km from her, she is in a wheelchair and has no vehicle, maybe if she goes in her wheelchair she will get there before Telkom decides to repair her phone. The phone is the only communication she has, we cannot get in contact with her, we have to phone friends to go check on her. Telkom is quick to take subscription fees, but to render a service they are the worse. Maybe it is time to get her a cellphone, and I am sure she will have less problems and better service. WORSE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
