Unhappy client

Telekom landline look alike is just a dream not a helping device to achieve your goal, I recently signed a contract with Telekom on the similar device and paid the installation fee of R700. The device can dial out calls but it does take in calls. I contacted Telkom several times, i can't tell how many times i called to try and resolve the issue, and I even went to the branch where it was contracted from, but can't get assisted. All they promised is that they are logging request for a technician to look at the matter and it Will take 48 hrs to resolve the issue, after 48hrs when you make a follow up request has been closed, and you are not informed about the closure of the request and the reason of closing the request as the issue is still pending, I haven't contracted this device for leisure but for business perspective, my client need access to my office, to me no incoming calls is like no access to my office door for my client and the device is like a toy to me.
