unhappy client

the service received from Telkom call center agents is pathetic. I recently app**** online for the s9 plus deal. the consultants seem to be so confused and unaware of what's happening in the company. they make promises to call you back to finalize your deal however they either call after the "requested" time or don't call at all. I have been requesting for someone to assist me for a very long time however im not receiving any pleasure out of this. im thinking twice about even taking out this contract because if the service is like this already can you imagine what it is going to be like should I take out the contract. it is very disappointing that Telkom has such consultants who cant live up to their "standards". I mean the deals are great and everything but if you have consultants who cannot honor that or even speak politely and go out of their way to assist customers, how do you expect to retain any customers??
