unhappy angry customer

To whom it my concern

Im a very unhappy customer who regrets taking up a contract with Telkom Mobile.I must say that Telkom have pathetic consultants and supervisors who do not know about customer experience.

I changed my debit order date to the 25th of every month in Jan 2016 was advised that it will be effective in Feb 2016.On the 25 Feb 2016 a debit order did not go off I then called customer care and was advised that the debit date was not changed the consultant reassured me that it will go off on the 25th March 2016 on that day still nothing went off was again advised it will be on the 25th April 2016. Again nothing went off from my account until I received my invoice earlier this month in May which showed that my account is arrears with R951.I called customer care the agent couldn’t even tell my why the debit order did not go off on the 25th nor the end of the month, she then escalated a case the feedback was an sms with your banking details advising me to make a payment. A debit order of R951 went off from my account. I called customer care spoke to Nolwazi Dove she told me that the payment is not reflecting, my account has been handed over to "collections" and it will take

72 WORKING HOURS for my account to be reactivated i asked if i can send my bank statement which proves that debit order went off she said i cannot send proof i have to wait I then asked her to give me the settlement amount to cancel this contract she advised that i need to go to the store for get a settlement balance which I find pathetic what’s the point of having customer care where there’s not service i asked to speak to her supervisor Aphiwe Gwanya she told me his on a call, he will call me back in which he didn’t bother calling me back this clearly shows that your stuff is ***********, unwilling to assist and they don’t care about their customers. Firstly this is not my fault that you failed to debit and can’t even explain why debit orders didn’t go off there may be various of reasons

like reversing debit order, or rejecting a debit order or maybe my bank advised you not to debit but no one can say what happened on my account and secondly this effected my credit history thirdly i want to know what my settlement amount is to have this thing of yours cancelled ASAP and oh fourthly rather stick to landline not mobile cause you don’t have the service for that.

Cellphone: ***

****ed off

Lungile
