Unhappy and unfair

I was retrenched about 3 years ago and i had 3 to 4 months left to pay my contract. I went to them with all the letters of retrenchment etc.....like i did for all my other accounts. The took all the info and said they will contact me. I had about R1500 to pay. They said they will come back to me. I went there for about a year after that every month and phoned every month to pay and they just said to me they will contact me, they busy. So now i vet a phonecall from someone saying i must pay over R7000, that is ridiculous. I am willing to pay the money up to the end of my contract. If need be i will go to the papers en carte blanche with this cos i did my share going thereball the time. Please respond to me with a silution on this matter.
