Unhappy and stressed

I'm not happy with telkom - you can't use the monthly data cause if network issues then the way the debit on my account if it is not the wrong amount then the debit date is incorrect. Now I'm afraid to reverse cause I will come Callander again the R200. My account is now overdrawn with this amount Telkom knows how to stress me shame
