Unhappy and non acceptable service from Telkom.

I have a contract with Telkom on a Hisense phone. The contract was done via phone call which they called me by MONDE. I tried to refuced but I was forced to by the caller. On the delivery of the device there was no contract on a paper provided for me to sign only the device. The amount agreed on the phone happened not to be so on the installment debited every month. Yet that was not a problem till the phone got damaged when I went to telkom to book it inn they told me I have to pay 800 for fixing. I told them the contract comes with warranty but they said it's expired a month before I brought the phone for fixing. Well I took my phone away n continue paying till this lockdown. Actually the contract is to end by this year April. During the lockdown 27th March I couldn't pay the April installment so telkom block my Sim. I have 2 Sim card on a contract with telkom. They block one when I phone them to open it bcos I can't pay the amount they billing me hence I have not consumed that bill they then block the second Sim. My fiancé is using one of the Sim n am also using one this is bcos we want to have easy way of communicating. I don't use their bundle bcos it's even useless, always not connecting. Yet they will sms me I have so much gigabyte.

What worries me is that Firstly the address on the bill is not even my address, secondly the amount of penalty they charged for insufficient funds in my account during the time of April installment debit, was far more than the actual installment am to pay every month, That is insane and unacceptable. I phone them and was giving email to send them a letter from work stating that am not getting salary which I did that but till now the two Sim is blocked. I went to buy another telkom Sim but what happens is, ones I load an airtime, they take away the airtime for no reason.. I will be having airtime without using it to do any call but still the nest day the airtime is no where to found on my Sim. Telkom is just abusing its customers.
