Unhappy about Telkom Fibre service

Telkom is unable to help us with our Fibre,. They send through a technician from open serve. They discovered that the problem is not on my premises but somewhere else because other clients who uses they Fibre are also not able to use it. I was told by the technician they will go around to check where the problem is and will give feedback. I have been without the internet for 2 days now and I am using it for work.
