Unfriendly women at Telkom trade route mall

I went to trade route mall for assistance. My complaint is about the unfriendly staff in that branch in particular the Ladies. There is no smile no welcome feeling expressed. They all look sullen and ****ed off. The number one teller was was really rude. I had a piece of cotton stuck to my card which I was trying to shake off. She s***led at me and asked " why are you dropping it on the floor". instead of offering her bin to me. She looked at it as if it was a bomb or Something!
