Unfriendly/Unhelpful Staff

I went to the Glen shopping centre Telkom mobile shop wanting to get 2 contracts on cell phones that I saw on the summer promotions. The deals are excellent. I stood in a line for 30 minutes, while standing in the line I had a chat with the person infront of me who stated he is waiting 4 weeks for his contract application to be approved, the guy behind me said he was waiting 6 weeks to get his contract re-newed and receive a new phone. Finally I got to the front and then the lady receives a personal cell call and walk to the back for 10 minutes leaving me waiting. She comes back, does even greet me, then receives another call and walks behind a door at the back again. I looked at everyone and all customers seemed frustrated. I went to MTN and took out 2 new contracts with ease. I am interested in more offers from Telkom mobile but don't know where to go and who will help me. This is the second time I walked into the glen branch and the service is shocking. Telkom mobile is the worst ever. Nice deals but you don't want my business? Please can someone help me or meet me at the branch to assist me?
