Unfriendly & Rude Behaviour

Unfriendly & Rude customer service I received from Miss T Nkosi Yesterday 15/07/2025, at Telkom Westgate Mall Roodepoort.She treated me as if she was doing me a favour, she doesn't respect customers at all. She was rude from the beginning till the end, she even failed to check for me If I have a coverage on not. But I ended up taking the contract because was so desperate for Home Internet. She made it worse by the time her phone rings she answered her phone and started saying hello babes. I can ensure you that the only time I saw her smile . But to tell the truth don't see myself going there ever again because of her treatment. IT SO DISAPPOINTING 😕
