Unfriendly And unwelcoming

This is Telkom Southdale Mall, Johannesburg. I must say what a mood changer. Only 3 agents there but they never greeted us, no smile. Just cold vibes.. Only asked what we there for and when done didn't even say "thank you" or "we are done".. just handed our bank statement back and that's it. You work with customers... be more friendly and welcoming.
