Unfortunately no minutes to other networks

So guy's,I have been a loyal customer to telkom for year's now,even when I used to still be under dad's care! Yesterday I called the sales department to find out about a particular contract, oh lord behold, when I queried about minutes to other land lines, so the lady tells me unfortunately we changed our policy,we dont offer minutes to other networks anymore on any contract, just free me,but my brother had taken a contract a month ago and he get minutes to other networks, so Telkom is this the reason why your contracts are cheap? And yet people will have to fill additional airtime to make calls to other networks???? I dont think that's fair! I was considering taking another contract now I will have to think again.
