Unfortunately

This is worst I've ever seen was looking for wifi uncapped 5g . This package that I took didn't work for me. It took me 3 weeks to cancel and for them to collect the device. Also until now no one phoned me to cancel this product. This is a big misleading from the beginning. The up grade of new cell phone also misleading. This service is really unexpected. I would really appreciate if someone from telkom could phone and sort this out . I'm really not happy at all
