Unfortunate, really wished for a better outcome on my first time trusting Telkom.

After applying for a phone contract for black Friday I get a call within 30 mins, the call gets cut off but no-one ever follows up.

Today I see that there is a follow-up option on their application page, I receive a call, but apparently they are no longer allowed to give me the contract of the phone I want, even though I am more than willing to wait for stock.

Very unfortunate since the store was very nice and was happy to help me when the phone came back in stock.

Too bad.
