Unfinished business - Telkom basically steeling from me

I’ve cancelled my ADSL 3 years ago and my line in October 2020, I was at Telkom in Menlyn last year (Oct 2020) they told me that it is closed, still I’m being billed each month R730, the line is still not suspended. We’ve emailed them, given the required documents went into the branch, where like I mention I was told it’s been sorted out and suspended, the lines not suspended. Please I don’t know what else to do.
