unfavourable treatment

<p>I went to Telkom 2 weeks back to apply for their real deal special, the lady told me I'l get response within 72hrs if my contract was successful or not, since then I heard nothing from the lady. Today I called the branch spoke to her and she said I must wait it's still in the back office, I then decided tocall the client care to find out what is happening only to be told that the lady who assisted me didn't attach my documents right and that I must go back to the branch.</p> <p>Can somebody who can do their job assist me </p> <p>Iam a first time client for telkom if this is the "service" no thnx</p>
