Unfairness and ****************

I have been a Telkom Mobile user for almost a year. I have bought the 500gb midnight data bundle for 50 rand and was enjoying the network a lot. I know the bundle was only for promotional use. Since then the 450gb bundle was released. I cannot purchase this.

I have a feeling i am going to be told that i am a high usage user. My thing is this. If you are selling 500gb or 450gb and the users are paying for it why flag them as high usage users if they deplete the bundle. Also on this note alot of users does not use the full amount of the bundle but the users does not get reimbursed. This is ****************. We buy the data and dont use it but the amount still stays with Telkom and the Data gets taken away after 30 days.

I will not be renewing my contracts as this is false advertising. Certain users will get the 450gb but will not use it up but the people who does gets flagged as high usage users.
