Unfairly treatment

I'm very disappointed with the contract I took with Telkom their service is very poor even the call center is bad I paid the contract via EFT n called them to check if they received the money they yes Now they charged me R207 for not paying on time yesterday and always I called 5times no one picked up the phone I'm very disappointed with their service and I regret taking a contract with them
