Unfairly Handed over my account _ Denting of credit record

I have had an account (Contract) with telkom for the past 24 months which they have been self deducting directly from my account provided at the beginning of Contract.

However to my suprise at the end of my contract my account has been handed over for non payment and I am getting no joy from their customer service as I am being sent from pillar to post.
