Unfairly declined!

<p>I am very disappointed and disturbed by how Telkom declined my contract application for no valid reason. I dont have any bad debt and I am also up to date with my account payments! They declined my application and said "I dont meet the criteria"! What criteria is this?</p> <p>I was at the store the other day when another client came in guns blazing demanding to see the manager. She too was declined but after putting her foot down she was thereafter approved. There has to be a consistency in dealing with clients applications. </p>
