Unfairly customer treatment

Telkom service is pathetic,I took contract with them in 2018 never used the device and in 2020 they charged data usage which I never used,listed me on ITC as I kept on reversing the debit never get hold of the customer service went to the shop I was told J must call the customer service they keep on debit ordering om my account different amounts between R1500 and R450 for a contract of R373.The only time I got hold it's when I requested a call back as if I am looking for a product and I was promised to get a detailed statement that never happened
